Did you know that as a renter you are able to get free, yes I said free, representation from a real estate agent? When an agent rents out a unit, they are paid by the landlord. There is no out of pocket expense to the renter to have an agent search and view properties. (Renters are required to have their credit pulled. The cost can vary depending on which company pulls it. We also screen tenants and check their credit scores and employment.

If you are an out of town landlord or do not have time to effectively manage your rental properties, property management is a service our office offers. For a small fee, an agent can be the point of contact for all of your tenants and any issues that arise.
