Did you know that as a renter you are able to get free, yes I said free, representation from a real estate agent? When an agent rents out a unit, they are paid by the landlord. There is no out of pocket expense to the renter to have an agent search and view properties. (Renters are required to have their credit pulled. The cost can vary depending on which company pulls it. Our cost is $20. No profit is made, this is simply an incurred fee.) If you or someone you know is looking for a rental and would like representation, please contact me.
Landlords, there are many benefits to hiring a real estate agent for your rental units. We are able to schedule showings of your property in an efficient manner, with no stress to yourself. We collect feedback to see if any improvements can be made to the property. We provide comparative information and statistics on other local properties to ensure you are receiving fair market value. We also screen tenants and check their credit scores and employment.
If you are an out of town landlord or do not have time to effectively manage your rental properties, property management is a service our office offers. For a small fee, an agent can be the point of contact for all of your tenants and any issues that arise.
If any of the above information interests you, please contact me so that we can begin the search for a rental or renters.
