I really had hopes of starting the 10 minute workout yesterday, but my headache took over and squashed that plan. This morning was day 1 of the 10 minute work out. I was definitely feeling the burn. The 10 minutes goes by very quickly, so I’m sure we’ll add in an additional workout once we’re up to speed and in some kind of shape again. We may even through in a quick half mile or mile run. As far as aches?.. My biceps feel like jelly, but don’t actually hurt, which is good. I can’t wait to be in shape again!
